We’re looking for a Community Growth Executive to join our Marketing Team!

The Opportunity

As our Community Executive, you will lead on the creation and delivery of social media content for our East Asia market. You will own the implementation from ideation to execution across the Chinese market running various social channels to increase brand awareness and engagement for our brands.

Your Mission 

• Responsible for the development and delivery of content across Twitter & Telegram
• Deploy successful growth marketing campaigns in the Chinese region
• Use a variety of methods to engage and grow communities; videos, presentations, events, social media presentations, Twitter spaces & AMAs
• Work with our marketing team to deliver the best content for an ever-growing community
• Oversee the moderation and management of Telegram, Twitter and other similar social media outposts and forums
• Measure and report on the performance of regional marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
• Establish regional brand positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and regional segments
• Lead and manage regional moderators by providing tasks, objectives, and strategies in accordance with regional marketing goals
  

What will you bring to Block Labs?

• 2+ years of experience in a marketing field; Social Media, Growth, Community, PR, etc
• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese
• Experience creating content for social media sites such as Twitter and Telegram
• Comfortable with being on camera and presenting
• Deep understanding of social media ecosystem: trends, hashtags, usage, functionalities, guidelines, and platform updates
• Superior verbal, written, copy editing and proofreading skills
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced business environment while working effectively and collaboratively with team members
