We’re looking for a CEO / Head of Brand to join our Executive Team!

The Opportunity

We are looking for an enthusiastic leader to take up a leadership role for our new venture. As the Head of Brand, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining the company's strategic plans, identifying market potential for long-term growth. You will ensure the business strategy is understood and implemented throughout the business, setting objectives and motivating the team to achieve them.

Your Mission

• Strategy : Develop, implement and execute the company's strategy, ensuring that it aligns with the groups values and resonates with our target audience. Ensure that the company is operating efficiently and effectively, managing budgets, setting targets, and monitoring progress towards key performance indicators.
• Delivery : Achieve the targets agreed with the senior leadership team, growing market share.
• Leadership : Lead and manage the company's day-to-day operations, including marketing, sales, and partnerships, ensuring long term growth. Liaise and collaborate with the development team to ensure that our product is meeting the needs of our users and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Relationships : Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including investors, partners, and customers.
• Culture : Act as a coach, advising, guiding and sharing best practices, making the company an attraction for talent growth and retention. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Other : Stay abreast of key trends within the decentralised finance, non-custodial wallet, web3 space and competitor activity.

What will you bring to Block Labs?

• 7+ years of experience in a leadership role, ideally within blockchain, crypto or web3 space.
• Strong understanding of web3 technologies, artificial intelligence, and decentralised finance.
• Excellent strategic thinking and planning skills, with a track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team, with a focus on fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Results-oriented mindset, with a track record of achieving ambitious goals.
• Strong understanding of data-driven strategies, including the use of AI technology.
• A creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to identify new opportunities and develop innovative marketing strategies.
